🚀 Project kickoff

Kick off a project in five minutes

Goal, scope, milestones, team, risks, next steps. Say it once and voisNTS puts every point where it belongs.

A kickoff makes the start of a project clear for everyone: why are we doing this, what’s in and out, when is what done, who’s involved, what could go wrong and what happens first. The template has a part for each, with dates for milestones and owners for next steps.

How it works

  1. Start the kickoff

Lists tab → + → Project kickoff. Rename it to your project.

  2. Talk it through

Tap the microphone: “The goal is a new website by March. The shop is out of scope. Design ready mid-January. Risk: the copy is late. First step: collect the old texts.” Apple Intelligence sorts each point.

  3. Add dates and names

Milestones, Team and Next steps have a When chip for a date or name.

  4. Turn next steps into tasks

Hold a next step → Add to Tasks.

  5. Share it

List menu → Share as text gives a tidy kickoff summary for your team.

Tips

  • Keep the goal to one sentence: it’s what everyone should remember.

Questions

Is a kickoff the same as a project in voisNTS?

No. Projects collect ideas and tasks by tag in the Library. The kickoff is a list you use at the start; its next steps can become tasks in the project.
