Is voisNTS free?
Yes. No account, no ads, no in-app purchases.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone (iOS 17 or later) and Mac (macOS 14 or later). The AI features — extracting ideas and tasks, summaries, brainstorms and transcript clean-up — need Apple Intelligence, available on supported devices with iOS 26 or macOS 26.
Which languages can I speak?
Speak in English or Dutch — switch with one tap on the record screen, and your ideas and tasks come back in the same language. German, Spanish and French are coming. You can type notes in any language. Change the default in Settings → Voice.
How do I sync between my iPhone and Mac?
Sign in to the same Apple Account on both and make sure iCloud is on. Sync starts automatically; you can check it in Settings → iCloud Sync.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything is stored on your device. Changes sync when you’re back online.
Why don’t I see AI suggestions?
Apple Intelligence must be turned on (Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri), and your device and Siri language need to be supported. You can check the status in voisNTS under Settings → AI Features.
How do reminders work?
voisNTS sends one reminder on each day that has tasks due, at the time you pick in Settings. iPhone and Mac each have their own setting.
Can I export my data?
Yes — as a JSON file. On iPhone: Library → share icon. On Mac: File → Export All Data…
How do I delete my data?
Delete notes in the app, or delete the app itself. To remove the synced copy from iCloud, go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → voisNTS.
