👥 Meeting notes

Meeting notes with action items that get done

Speak while you meet. voisNTS sorts it into agenda, notes, decisions and action items — and the actions go straight to your Tasks.

Good meeting notes are short: what was on the agenda, what was said, what was decided and who does what next. The meeting notes template has exactly those four parts. Dictate after the meeting and Apple Intelligence sorts each line into the right part.

How it works

  1. Start the notes

Lists tab → + → Meeting notes. Rename it after the meeting, e.g. “Launch meeting”.

  2. Fill it in by voice

Tap the microphone and talk: “We discussed the launch date. We decided to launch on Friday. Anna writes the blog post.” Each line goes to Agenda, Notes, Decisions or Action items.

  3. Add by hand

Every part has its own + Add, so you can also type straight into Decisions or Action items.

  4. Set who does what

Action items have a Who chip. Tap it and type the name.

  5. Send actions to Tasks

Hold an action item → Add to Tasks. It becomes a task with the person’s name in it.

Tips

  • Share the notes as text right after the meeting: decisions and actions read as a short summary.
  • From 1.7: link the meeting to a project (List menu → Link to project). Action items you send to Tasks then get the project’s tag, and the project shows its meetings.
  • From 1.7: start a meeting from a project’s Info tab with New meeting.

Questions

Can voisNTS record the meeting itself?

voisNTS transcribes what you say into the microphone on your iPhone. Many people dictate a short summary right after the meeting, which keeps the notes short and useful.

Where do the notes go?

They stay on your device and sync privately to voisNTS for Mac through your own iCloud. Nothing is uploaded to a server of ours.
