voisNTS is made by an independent developer. This policy explains what happens with your data when you use the voisNTS app for iPhone and Mac and this website.
The short version
voisNTS doesn’t collect your data. Your notes are stored on your devices and in your own iCloud. There’s no account, no tracking and no advertising.
Your notes, ideas and tasks
Everything you create in voisNTS is stored in a local database on your device. If iCloud is enabled, it’s also stored in your private iCloud database (Apple’s CloudKit) so your devices stay in sync. That database belongs to your Apple Account; the developer has no access to it. iCloud data is handled under Apple’s privacy policy.
Speech recognition
When you record a note, your voice is converted to text by Apple’s speech recognition. Apple may process the audio on its servers to do this, under Apple’s privacy policy. voisNTS does not store or send your recordings anywhere else; only the resulting text is saved, on your device.
AI features
Ideas, tasks, summaries, brainstorms and transcript clean-up are produced by Apple Intelligence on your device. Your notes are not sent to voisNTS or any third-party AI service.
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No push notification content is sent by the developer.
Analytics, ads and tracking
The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code. Apple may share anonymous crash reports and usage statistics with developers if you’ve opted in to sharing them with app developers in your device settings.
This website
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you — so there’s no cookie banner, because there are no cookies.
If you use the contact form, it’s checked for spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, and your name, email address and message are sent to us by email and used only to reply to you.
Children
voisNTS is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone.
Your rights
Because your data stays on your devices and in your iCloud, you’re in full control: you can view, export and delete it at any time from within the app. For questions about this policy, use the contact form on the Support page.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
